Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment ### **Requirements** * Technical Experience * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer. * Experience with Next.js and React.js. * Solid knowledge of TypeScript. * Experience with SSR, SSG, and ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration). * Proficiency in HTML, CSS (css-in-js), and modern JavaScript (ES6+). * Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs. * Experience with State Management * Familiarity with technical SEO, including Core Web Vitals performance optimization. * Knowledge of Git and version control workflows * Experience with Automated Testing * Soft Skills * Ability to work in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban). * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * Mindset focused on performance, scalability, and code quality. * Proactivity in proposing solutions and suggesting improvements. ### **Nice-to-Haves** * Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and event tracking. * Experience with Edge Functions and CDN optimizations. * Experience with AWS, Vercel, or other serverless platforms. * Interest in Web3, PWA, or emerging front-end ecosystem technologies. ### **Responsibilities** * Development and Performance * Develop responsive and dynamic interfaces using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. * Create reusable and performant components, ensuring modular and scalable code. * Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) for SEO optimization and fast loading. * Optimize application performance by minimizing load time and ensuring strong Core Web Vitals metrics. * User Experience and Maintenance * Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces. * Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility. * Implement automated tests (unit and end-to-end) to maintain code quality. * Fix bugs and optimize features for a seamless, uninterrupted user experience. * Integration and Collaboration * Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs to consume dynamic data. * Collaborate with Back-End Developers, UX Designers, and SEO analysts. * Participate in code reviews and pair programming to elevate code quality. ### **Benefits** * Market-competitive compensation * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance * Health Insurance * Group Life Insurance * Profit Sharing and Results-Based Bonus
