Here, we build careers and lasting bonds. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Carefully and systematically pack customers' purchases using appropriate materials (bags, boxes, etc.). * Organize products within packages logically, separating cleaning supplies from food items, refrigerated products, etc. * Assist customers in transporting purchases to their vehicles when necessary and upon request. * Maintain the packing area clean, organized, and well-stocked with required materials (bags, tapes, etc.). * Provide courteous and efficient customer service, answering questions and offering assistance. * Collaborate with the cashier team and other departments to ensure rapid and efficient service flow. * Ensure product integrity throughout the packaging process. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Proactivity, agility, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with the public. * Teamwork capability. * Physical stamina to handle and transport goods. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Prior experience as a packer or in customer service. * Knowledge of organizing and handling different types of products. * Residence near the supermarket for easy access. #### **Benefits:** * Monthly merit-based bonus tied to store performance; * Birthday Kit for employees to celebrate with their families; #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating 6x1 schedule
