Please review below the required qualifications and additional information. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission:** Monitor industrial and electrical automation engineering projects in collaboration with the electro-mechanical maintenance team, adhering to required technical standards, safety regulations, quality (ISO 9000\), environmental (ISO 14000\) standards, and the Maintenance Workshop’s work instructions, under the direct coordination and supervision of area managers. **Responsibilities:** a) Monitor industrial and electrical automation projects by performing the following steps: * Scope assessment; * Requirements assessment (drawings, calculations, materials, and labor); * Inspect and monitor executed services; * Plan and execute activities in coordination with involved departments; b) Monitor corrective and preventive maintenance activities based on relevant equipment work instructions and manuals, strictly complying with safety measures and procedures inherent to each service; c) Test instruments or equipment jointly with personnel responsible for the equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements; e) Periodically prepare and update technical documents related to the department and applicable ISO 9000 and 14000 standards; f) Monitor performance indicators as well as implementation of action plans to address deviations; g) Implement technical management of electrical components and automation systems (drives, motors, sensors, MCCs, transformers); h) Develop asset management dashboards; i) Implement continuous improvement in maintenance processes to ensure asset reliability; j) Develop new equipment suppliers to meet operational needs; k) Interact with national and international suppliers of existing industrial equipment; l) Develop industrial automation system projects; m) Understand and master various automation equipment used in the plant (Siemens, Weg, Schneider, Danfoss, etc.); n) Prepare work instructions; o) Conduct training sessions; p) Apply the A3 methodology for process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Basic Education:** Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering or Electrical Engineering. * **Professional Registration:** Active CREA license. * **Specific Knowledge:** Solid expertise in industrial automation systems, industrial networks, and asset maintenance. * **Required Experience:** Extensive experience in Automation or Electrical Engineering. * **Languages:** Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** **What We Offer You** Profit-sharing program Meal allowance/ticket with two additional annual top-ups Totalpass Monthly school tuition assistance for children up to 18 years old Reimbursement for eyeglasses, dental prostheses/implants, and medications for chronic conditions School supply allowance Transportation allowance (no payroll deduction) Birthday gift card **And other benefits such as:** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Pharmacy network agreements Alubar Group is a manufacturing industry offering solutions in electrical cables, aluminum rebars, and aluminum alloys, operating in power transmission and distribution sectors.
