Organize, control, and archive documents related to employees and internal records. Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer processes. Collaborate with attendance tracking, vacation management, and employee benefits administration. Support employee service routines by clarifying doubts and guiding them on internal procedures. Contribute to the creation and updating of HR- and personnel-related spreadsheets and reports. Assist in organizing trainings, onboarding sessions, and internal initiatives for employees. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Junior HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Intern may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
