Soditech is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Plan and organize, together with the Testing team, the execution of engine validation tests, including break-in tests. Monitor dynamometer tests, analyzing performance parameters jointly with the technical team. Perform daily N2 analysis of engine and vehicle data, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. Conduct engine disassembly and analysis after durability testing, evaluating conditions and potential failures. Prepare technical analysis reports, ensuring traceability and supporting decision-making. Organize post-test technical exhibitions of engines, contributing to results presentation. Support Atelier activities by collaborating on operational and technical departmental requests. Assist in vehicle realignment activities. Comply with environmental and occupational safety regulations. Bachelor's degree required.
