We are a mid-sized company actively expanding in the telecommunications sector, providing high-performance internet and dedicated links. If you seek a fast-paced environment and wish to serve as the executive board’s strategic partner in decision-making, this is the place for you. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** Strategic Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast financial health to ensure investment in network infrastructure and technology. Planning and Controller Functions: Develop the annual budget (Budget vs. Forecast) and conduct monthly variance analysis. Profitability Analysis: Assess contribution margins of our services (B2C and B2B Dedicated Links) and evaluate feasibility of new infrastructure projects. Delinquency Management: Optimize billing and customer relationship processes to reduce churn and payment delays. Compliance and Taxation: Oversee accounting close procedures and ensure compliance with tax regimes (with emphasis on optimizing industry-specific taxes). Team Leadership: Develop and engage the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Collections teams. **What we’re looking for (Technical Requirements):** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering. A postgraduate degree/MBA in Financial Management or Controller Functions is a plus. Experience: Solid experience in finance, preferably within recurring-service companies (e.g., Telecom). Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial ERP systems. Business Acumen: Familiarity with performance metrics such as EBITDA, ROI, CAC, and LTV. **Behavioral Profile:** Resilience and Adaptability: The technology sector evolves rapidly, and our management keeps pace with this rhythm.
