Join us! **Responsibilities and duties** Supervise the work of service providers in maintenance and installation activities, ensuring service quality for customers. Performance Management: * Monitor and manage performance indicators, ensuring achievement of established objectives and goals. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS): * Ensure availability of necessary resources to establish, implement, maintain and improve the OHS management system; * Develop, lead and promote an organizational culture that supports occupational health and safety management outcomes. Environmental Management: * Know Telefônica's Environmental Policy and implement good environmental practices in daily activities. Technical Activities: * Perform certification tests on devices and network elements; * Conduct interoperability tests; * Configure equipment and devices; * Work with optical fiber; * Provide technical support at residences and for customers; * Perform work at heights; * Organize tools, materials and vehicles.
