Responsibilities: * Provide in-person customer service, presenting WLAN plans and services; * Identify customer needs and offer customized solutions; * Perform registrations, contracts, and records in the sales system; * Track proposals, payments, and post-sales activities; * Achieve sales and service quality targets; * Maintain an organized and attractive store environment for customers. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and friendly customer service demeanor; * Aptitude for goal-oriented work and negotiation; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Prior experience in in-store sales or customer service is desirable; * Availability to work on shopping mall schedules (including weekends and holidays).
