**DESCRIPTION:**
Strategically manage all corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for the company's fleet and equipment, ensuring operational availability, safety, efficiency, and cost reduction, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technological innovation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Plan, coordinate, and control maintenance plans, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing unplanned downtime.
* Assign and monitor workforce execution, supervising internal and outsourced teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
* Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective and preventive actions.
* Supervise root cause analysis studies (RCM and MASP), implementing improvements in departmental processes and policies.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, occupational safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining organization and 5S practices.
* Specify and control spare parts, supporting the procurement department and optimizing inventory management.
* Plan and supervise equipment and system overhauls, upgrades, and introduction of new technologies.
* Encourage team innovation and application of Industry 4.0 tools to maintenance activities.
* Ensure adherence to the department's budget, pursuing financial efficiency and sustainability.
* Support major projects, participate in FATs and technical training sessions.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
* Proven experience in maintenance management of heavy machinery (yellow line) and fleets;
* Knowledge of TPM, MASP, continuous improvement, and process mapping;
* Experience in developing policies and operational workflows;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level);
* Valid driver's license;
* Willingness to travel and work on weekends when required;
