This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to broaden their technical expertise and work closely with business units, with significant exposure to strategic regulatory and legal topics. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support and manage regulatory matters, including monitoring proceedings before public agencies, licenses, and legal obligations; * Manage litigation matters, coordinating with external law firms, tracking deadlines, and controlling case progress; * Provide support to the internal legal department by assisting company departments with legal analyses and guidance; * Draft, review, and monitor contracts; * Support corporate law activities, such as document organization and assistance with corporate requests; * Contribute to implementing and maintaining compliance practices; * Support relationships with public agencies and regulators; * Assist in organizing the legal department’s workload and improving processes. ### **Technical Requirements** * Law degree with active OAB registration; * Prior experience in regulatory and/or corporate law; * Experience handling litigation and coordinating with external law firms; Good organizational, execution, and workload management skills; ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in sectors with strong regulatory interfaces (e.g., infrastructure, energy); * Prior experience in an internal legal department; * Familiarity with compliance routines. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Collaborative mindset, with willingness to learn and develop; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal departments.
