Here, every team member plays a key role in ensuring our network remains continuously active, stable, and constantly evolving. **About the position** **Equipment Recovery Technician — On-site — Belém/PA** At WLAN, the Equipment Recovery Technician is responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and recovering equipment used in company operations, ensuring appropriate material reuse and proper functioning of telecommunications devices. **Responsibilities** * Perform technical analysis of returned equipment. * Execute corrective maintenance and equipment recovery. * Conduct operational testing on network and telecommunications equipment. * Identify defects and record technical information about equipment. * Organize recovered equipment for field reuse. * Assist in controlling and managing departmental materials. * Maintain an organized workplace and properly preserved equipment. * Focus on achieving the department's daily targets. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of computer systems and networking equipment. * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and proactive. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Motorcycle driving skills. * Availability to work during standard business hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with field activities using mobility apps, deliveries, or field routines. * Experience in telecommunications equipment maintenance. * Knowledge of routers, ONUs, and networking equipment. * Technical courses in electronics, telecommunications, or computing. **Benefits and Conditions** * Transportation Allowance or fuel subsidy. * Meal Voucher: BRL 25.00/day * Complimentary internet service * Pharmacy benefit program after probation period * Unimed health plan with 50% covered by the company. * TotalPass. **How to Apply** **Interested?
