**Responsibilities and Duties**
* **Support for Pedagogical Planning**:
* Assist in developing and organizing annual and semester plans, contributing to preparation of teaching materials and activity schedules.
* **School Documentation Management**:
* Maintain updated academic records, such as attendance lists, lesson plans, and pedagogical reports.
* Systematically and accessibly organize and archive physical and digital documents.
* **Public Service**:
* Facilitate communication among teachers, students, and parents by responding to inquiries and routing requests to appropriate departments.
* Participate in school event services, assisting with reception and participant orientation.
* **Meeting and Event Support**:
* Organize the pedagogical coordination’s schedule, arranging and preparing meetings, lectures, and workshops.
* Assist with logistics for school events, ensuring all requirements are efficiently met.
* **Student Performance Monitoring**:
* Assist in monitoring academic performance indicators, conducting grade, attendance, and other metric assessments.
* Collaborate in identifying students requiring additional support, referring them to appropriate pedagogical interventions.
* **Support for Teachers’ Continuous Professional Development**:
* Assist in organizing and managing logistics for teacher training, workshops, and professional development activities.
* Prepare supporting materials and resources required for capacity-building sessions.
* **Management of Teaching and Administrative Resources**:
* Manage inventory of teaching and administrative materials, requesting replenishments when necessary.
* Ensure teachers have access to necessary resources for carrying out their activities.
* **Collaboration in Pedagogical Projects**:
* Participate in implementation and monitoring of pedagogical projects, ensuring execution according to plan.
* Assist in evaluating project outcomes, proposing improvements and adjustments as needed.
* **Administrative Process Support**:
* Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling, managing substitute assignments, and tracking timelines.
* Collaborate with other school departments to ensure smooth operation of both pedagogical and administrative functions.
* **Mediation of Minor Conflicts**:
* Assist in resolving conflicts among students, teachers, and parents, promoting a harmonious school environment.
* Refer more complex issues to the pedagogical coordination or school administration.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Academic Background**:
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Educational Administration, or related fields.
* **Professional Experience**:
* Prior experience in pedagogical support, school secretarial roles, or administrative tasks within educational settings is desirable.
* Experience in public service and school documentation management.
* **Technical Knowledge**:
* Familiarity with school management systems and software suites such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Basic understanding of teaching methodologies and pedagogical planning.
* **Behavioral Skills**:
* Organizational ability and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
* Proactivity and efficient problem-solving ability.
* **Teamwork Capability**:
* Ability to collaborate across various school departments, fostering a cooperative work environment.
* Willingness to support and assist the pedagogical coordination in all its demands.
