**HOSPITAL SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST**
We are looking for a **Hospital Speech-Language Pathologist** to join our team.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Conduct speech-language pathology assessments and develop individualized therapeutic plans;
* Provide rehabilitation for swallowing disorders (dysphagia) and speech and language impairments;
* Monitor patients in clinical, surgical, ICU, and emergency departments;
* Document technical opinions and progress notes in medical records;
* Participate in the multidisciplinary team, contributing to integrated care strategies;
* Provide guidance to family members, caregivers, and healthcare staff regarding speech-language pathology care and exercises;
* Implement educational and preventive initiatives related to communication and safe feeding;
* Adhere to institutional protocols and patient safety standards.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology;
* Active professional registration with the Regional Council of Speech-Language Pathology (CRFa);
* Prior experience in hospital settings.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Specialization in hospital-based practice;
* Experience working with ICU patients;
* Experience managing dysphagia.
