- Preparation: Prepare the machine and materials for the sublimation process. - Operation: Operate the calender, adjusting parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed according to job and material specifications. - Monitoring: Monitor the sublimation process, checking image transfer quality and identifying potential issues. - Inspection: Inspect the material after sublimation, looking for defects such as stains, wrinkles, or areas with no image transfer. - Maintenance: Perform cleaning and basic machine maintenance, and report mechanical or electrical problems to the maintenance team. - Quality control: Ensure the final product meets the company's established quality standards. - Organization and safety: Keep the work area clean and organized, following safety regulations and using personal protective equipment. - Communication: Record relevant production process information—such as machine parameters and any issues—and communicate it to the team. **Skills and knowledge** - Knowledge of the sublimation process and calender parameters. - Ability to adjust and control the machine. - Capacity to identify and correct issues in the sublimation process. - Attention to detail and quality awareness. - Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures.
