**Main Activities** * Assist in the maintenance, adjustment, and repair of tools, fixtures, and dies. * Assist in the development and restoration of tools under the guidance of the responsible toolmaker. * Operate grinding, milling, and lathe machines under supervision. * Perform simple assemblies, tests, and initial adjustments on tools. * Assist in interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing specifications. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and preservation of tools and the work environment. * Monitor machining processes and support machine setup when requested. * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in a technical course (Mechanics, Toolmaking, Machining, or related fields). * Knowledge and hands-on experience in manufacturing and assembling cutting, bending, and drawing tools. * Experience in the toolmaking field. * Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and commitment. **Salary** * To be agreed upon Job Type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
