Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and legislation, promoting workplace accident awareness and prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for mandatory safety and regulatory training 2. Promotes accident awareness and prevention, including SIPAT and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) 3. Manages CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and Fire Brigade, and inspects safety equipment · Ensure mandatory training related to employees' job activities, such as forklift operator training, NRs (Normative Rules), NR-10, NR-11, NR-12, NR-6, NR-35, NR-33, work at height, and confined space, to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation; · Promote the AVCB (Fire Prevention and Control Certificate) project through on-site monitoring to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation; · Organize the Internal Week for Accident Prevention (SIPAT) through lectures to raise employee awareness; · Implement JSA (Job Safety Analysis) through scheduling and reporting to raise employee awareness; · Manage CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and Fire Brigade through on-site monitoring to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation; Monitor and guide the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), from its formation through meetings and SIPAT execution. · Inspect safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and hydrants via on-site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation; · Participate in onboarding of new employees to communicate company safety policies; Salary: R$2.003,34 - R$4.501,51 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Transportation company (Preferred) * Labor laws (Preferred) * e-Social system (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
