All selection processes conducted by **CS INFRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and duties** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on light, medium, and heavy-duty fleet trucks (including operational vehicles with implements, where applicable); * Diagnose and repair diesel engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, and exhaust systems; * Work on transmissions/clutches, differentials, axles, drive shafts, and wheel assemblies (hubs, bearings, etc.); * Inspect, adjust, and repair braking systems (with emphasis on air brakes), ensuring safety and operational clearance; * Perform maintenance on suspension and steering systems (springs, shock absorbers, bushings, tie rod ends, and associated components); * Perform electrical/electronic maintenance: starting systems, alternators, batteries, lighting, wiring harnesses, sensors, and scanner-based diagnostics where applicable; * Perform maintenance on yellow-line machinery, focusing on hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses), transmission/traction, brakes, cooling, and operational safety items; * Support maintenance of compaction/earthmoving equipment when part of the fleet (e.g., compacting rollers), ensuring functionality and safety; * Request and control parts and supplies (filters, lubricants, replacement items), supporting minimum stock levels and preventing downtime due to material shortages; * Record services in work orders, checklists, and reports (failure, probable cause, parts used, time spent), maintaining historical records for management purposes; * Comply with safety and environmental regulations (PPE, workshop organization, proper disposal of oil/filters/waste) and support 5S routines. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of light/medium/heavy-duty (diesel) trucks and/or yellow-line machinery; * Diagnosis and repair of diesel engines, brakes (including air brakes), transmissions/clutches, differentials/axles/drive shafts, suspension/steering, and wheel assemblies; * Practical knowledge of hydraulics (hose/connection replacement, leak repair, basic cylinder/valve operation); * Ability to record services in work orders/checklists and comply with safety standards (PPE and waste disposal). **Desirable (non-eliminatory):** * Technical/vocational training in mechanics (automotive/diesel/electromechanical); * Experience with electronic diagnostics/scanner use and advanced automotive electrical systems; * Driver’s license categories C/D/E (as required by operations). **Additional information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** Exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** Dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, legal, and other assistance—available 24/7 with complete confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how important children’s and adolescents’ education is.
