Responsible for the installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of automatic gate, door, barrier, and turnstile systems of the **Porter** brand and other manufacturers, ensuring full functionality, safety, and quality of equipment installed at residential, commercial, and industrial customer sites. Plan and implement security systems in condominiums regarding maintenance and installation; Perform **automatic gate, door, and turnstile installation**, in accordance with technical standards and safety regulations; Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance**, replacing parts, electrical, electronic, and mechanical components as needed; Conduct **functional tests**, adjust sensors, motors, electronic control panels, and access control systems; Diagnose failures and prepare technical service reports; Identify potential issues with electronic equipment and take necessary actions; Repair alarm control panel and security system installations; Install and maintain access control equipment; Install circuit breakers specifically designed for alarm and security circuits; Assemble grounding circuits and lightning protection systems; Energize installed circuits and verify their operation; Maintain damaged electrical components; Install and configure remote entry systems, motors, push buttons, cameras, locks, turnstiles, and facial readers; Install logical infrastructure, cable routing, raceways, and racks; Complete service orders and ensure **customer satisfaction** during service delivery; Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles; Comply with company **safety standards** and internal procedures; Support the **installation of integrated access control systems**, such as intercoms, biometrics, and tags, where applicable.
