All selection processes conducted by **CS INFRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicle electrical systems. * Diagnose faults in starting and charging systems (starter motor, alternator). * Perform maintenance and testing on batteries, lighting systems, and signaling systems. * Inspect and repair electrical harnesses, relays, fuses, and electronic modules. * Interpret electrical diagrams and schematics. * Use multimeters, clamp ammeters, megohmmeters, and scanners for electronic diagnostics. * Inspect and repair electrical/electronic sensors and actuators. * Install and repair operational accessories (siren, rotating beacon, telematics, tracking device, camera, radio, scale/implements). * Perform maintenance on automotive air conditioning systems (if applicable). * Identify and correct short circuits, current leaks, and parasitic draw. * Standardize repairs, including terminals, crimping, wire insulation, and protection. * Ensure proper routing and secure mounting of cables and components. * Conduct functional tests before and after repairs. * Validate services using checklists and record all activities in Service Orders (SOs). * Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle release. * Strictly comply with safety standards (lockout/tagout, use of PPEs, 5S). * Properly segregate batteries and electronic components according to environmental regulations. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicle electrical systems. * Diagnose faults in starting and charging systems (starter motor, alternator). * Perform maintenance and testing on batteries, lighting systems, and signaling systems. * Inspect and repair electrical harnesses, relays, fuses, and electronic modules. * Interpret electrical diagrams and schematics. * Use multimeters, clamp ammeters, megohmmeters, and scanners for electronic diagnostics. * Inspect and repair electrical/electronic sensors and actuators. * Install and repair operational accessories (siren, rotating beacon, telematics, tracking device, camera, radio, scale/implements). * Perform maintenance on automotive air conditioning systems (if applicable). * Identify and correct short circuits, current leaks, and parasitic draw. * Standardize repairs, including terminals, crimping, wire insulation, and protection. * Ensure proper routing and secure mounting of cables and components. * Conduct functional tests before and after repairs. * Validate services using checklists and record all activities in Service Orders (SOs). * Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle release. * Strictly comply with safety standards (lockout/tagout, use of PPEs, 5S). * Properly segregate batteries and electronic components according to environmental regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Proven experience in diesel fleet vehicle electrical systems. * Skill in diagnosing electrical and electronic faults. * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. * Proficiency in using electrical measurement instruments. * Knowledge and application of best practices for harnesses and connectors. * Experience recording Service Orders (SOs). * Discipline and knowledge of occupational safety standards. **Desirable (non-eliminatory)** * Technical course in Electrotechnology, Automotive Engineering, or Mechatronics. * Experience with CAN networks, automotive scanners, and electronic modules. * Knowledge of implement and bodywork electrical systems. * Driver’s license categories C, D, or E. * Experience in automotive air conditioning maintenance.
