**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Ensure execution of processes defined by the Client, within agreed timelines and quality standards;
* Report contractual non-compliance issues to both the Client and the Contractor;
* Control activities of Corporate Security Monitoring Centers under your responsibility;
* Conduct on-the-job training for corporate security personnel;
* Investigate incident root causes and recommend preventive and corrective actions;
* Identify, assess, and propose preventive measures for occupational accidents;
* Address issues reported via the “Daily Incident Logbook” or other official channels, and report them to the Client;
* Validate attendance records and overtime hours;
* Ensure timely generation of performance indicators;
* Review and draft reports and incident records;
* Travel to locations requiring security support;
* Guide corporate security teams;
* Routinely evaluate tools and processes at the Monitoring Center, diagnosing opportunities for improvement and correction to exceed Client expectations;
* Validate high-priority tasks performed by operators, according to criteria defined by the Client;
* Produce and register identification badges
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree;
* Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and Office applications;
* Team leadership experience;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Familiarity with the International Radio Alphabet and “Q” code;
* Ability to transfer knowledge effectively
