In 2025, the company will celebrate its 40th anniversary since inauguration. Currently, Hydro is the company’s majority shareholder, holding 51% of the shares in this joint venture; the other shareholder is NAAC – Nippon Amazon Aluminium Co. A dynamic, creative work environment with global projects and sustainable ambitions; Opportunity to shape the role and advance your career through professional and personal development; You’ll be part of a business built for the future by joining us on a transformative journey. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- * Lead industrial project management, ensuring efficient execution, operational safety, cost control, and alignment with company strategies. * Lead medium- and high-complexity initiatives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure project delivery within established timelines and quality standards. **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical). **Knowledge and Skills** * Proven experience in industrial, operational, or engineering project management. * Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Lean, or equivalents). * Proficiency in contract, scope, risk, cost, and stakeholder management. * Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Power BI, etc.). * Hands-on experience in engineering development and Major Capital Project implementation. * PMP®, CAPM®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent certification is desirable. * Experience in Sustaining projects, industrial maintenance, or continuous improvement is desirable. * Prior experience in medium- or large-scale industrial settings. * Knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX processes. **Profile** * Strong analytical ability, systemic vision, and decision-making skills. * Clear communication and negotiation skills. * Leadership and positive influence. * Organizational skills and sense of priority. * Resilience and ability to manage under pressure. * Collaborative mindset and results orientation. * Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.
