Responsibilities: Enter and classify financial data and documents into the accounting system related to purchases, sales, and fixed asset movements. Maintain detailed control over fixed assets, including recording acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation. Participate in executing and verifying physical inventories of fixed assets, aligning physical information with accounting records. Reconcile fixed asset accounts (banks, suppliers, customers, loans, etc.) between internal records and external documents (bank statements, invoices). Assist in preparing trial balances, balance sheets, and other financial statements and reports, ensuring information accurately reflects the company's actual asset position. Organize and maintain digital and physical archives of accounting and tax documents for auditing and compliance purposes. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Enrolled in an Accounting program Concentrated attention and attention to detail.
