Education: Bachelor's degree in Archival Science
Main Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, and coordinate file systems;
* Evaluate documents to determine retention periods and disposition;
* Organize documents according to archival standards;
* Ensure document preservation and conservation;
* Guarantee access to information while observing confidentiality and applicable legislation;
* Develop and implement document management policies;
* Manage physical and digital files;
* Produce research tools (guides, inventories, and catalogs);
* Advise managers on the strategic use of information;
* Comply with the Law on Access to Information (LAI)
Desirable: Prior experience
Driver's License "B"
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
Salary: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.600,00 per month
