You will be responsible for delivering results and managing a sales team, developing and supporting the team in building a solid customer base and achieving targets through motivational leadership that delivers outstanding results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the store specializing in tableware, fragrances, and skincare; * Manage people; * Serve customers; * Prospect and contact potential customers to present our products and services; * Promote promotions, pricing, and new product launches in alignment with commercial goals and strategies; * Receive, inspect, and control all merchandise shipped to the store; * Perform cash reconciliation and closing; * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty; * Present product benefits and features persuasively and convincingly; * Set strategic objectives to achieve sales targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid sales experience (experience in stores within the segments of body fragrances, home décor, gifts, and/or decorative objects is desirable); * Solid experience in leadership and people management; * Exceptional communication and persuasion skills; * Results orientation and motivation to achieve sales targets; * Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships; * Basic knowledge of negotiation and sales closing techniques; * Ability to work with targets and under pressure; Customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service. * **Additional Information** * Sales commission. #### **ABOUT TANIA BULHÕES** With over **30 years in the market**, we are an authentic Brazilian brand specializing in **authorial products** across the tableware, fragrance, and wellness segments.
