Let’s build together the best healthcare community the world has ever seen! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Reception and Patient Care** * Greet patients and visitors, providing information about dialysis procedures and appointment schedules. * Issue temporary ID badges for visitors and companions, when necessary. * Schedule and reschedule dialysis and multidisciplinary team appointments in the Tasy system, according to clinic demand and capacity. * Record patient attendance and absences monthly in the Central Regulation and Health Service Provision (CROSS). **Authorization and Billing Management** * Request Outpatient High-Complexity Procedure Authorizations (APAC) for medications, completing required forms. * Build the schedule and execute billing for the Outpatient Production Bulletin (BPA) of SUS patients via the municipal government system. * Request hemodialysis password releases from health insurance providers and enter billing guides into Tasy. **Data Updates and Recordkeeping** * Collect and maintain updated patient information, such as contact details and health insurance plans. * Record patient weights at the beginning and end of dialysis in the system. **Payment and Billing Management** * Receive payments for services rendered and manage payment records, issuing receipts and invoices, when necessary. * Verify and confirm patient insurance information for billing purposes. * Send data entered in Tasy for billing via the insurer’s portal. * Receive and forward authorized documents for billing after patient care. **Unit Operations** * Ensure unit opening and closing, controlling access. * Submit laboratory test requests. * Monitor patient entry and exit times and notify the transportation team. * Coordinate with hospitals, SAMU, and ambulance services. * Answer calls, take messages, receive visitors, and route correspondence to the responsible department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in higher education; * Prior experience in related activities. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** * Health Insurance: To take care of your well-being and your family’s.
