Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the store, leading teams, optimizing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Operations and customer service management for customer retention **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the store operates correctly * Create shift schedules * Conduct interviews, hiring, and onboarding processes * Guide and organize staff activities within the store (POS, Inventory, Sales, Cashier, and Security) * Ensure timely customer service and security in theft-prone areas * Define product placement in the store to maximize sales; manage store goals and campaigns; monitor daily budget vs. actual performance * Encourage team engagement in sales campaigns; suggest sales actions to support both store growth and clearance of near-expiry items * Update dashboards tracking cooperative sales goals vs. results and supplier campaign performance * Lead daily meetings, providing feedback, training, and motivation aligned with company values * Schedule employee vacations; monitor and verify digital time records * Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities * Maintain contact with frequent customers and personally greet customers with purchases over R$500.00 to foster loyalty * Maintain a contact list of special customers (frequent shoppers and high-average-ticket customers) * Analyze reasons for internal returns and take appropriate corrective actions **Requirements:** * Experience in people management * Completed high school education * Bachelor’s degree preferred (completed or in progress) **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Birthday day off * National educational partnership * Fuel allowance * Gympass * Meal voucher of R$250.00 * Maternity kit (Mamãe Leo) * Unimed dental plan (after probation period) * Discount agreement with Leo stores (after probation period) * Working hours: 1:20 PM to 10:10 PM (one day off per week, plus two Sundays worked and two Sundays off) * Salary + 40% trust position allowance + bonuses for achieving cooperative and store sales targets Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.392,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation voucher Experience: * Store Manager (preferred) * Leadership (preferred)
