Focus on cost reduction and optimization of internal processes. **Position: Procurement Analyst** **Company:** Lafort Malhas Indústria e Comércio **Location:** Rebouças – Curitiba/PR **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from **07:30 to 17:18** (1-hour lunch break) Lafort is seeking a **Procurement Analyst** to strategically engage with suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and competitiveness in negotiations. **Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with domestic suppliers; * Issue purchase orders and oversee the entire cycle until material/service delivery; * Monitor delivery timelines, quality, and contractual terms; * Identify and develop new suppliers, evaluating performance and technical capability; * Analyze and identify opportunities for cost reduction; * Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal processes; * Support planning and warehouse functions in inventory control and demand forecasting; * Prepare procurement performance reports and metrics. **Requirements** * Experience negotiating with multiple suppliers; * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks; * **Familiarity with the Linx system will be considered an advantage.** **Desired Profile** * Strong negotiation and communication skills; * Organized and results-oriented; * Proactive with analytical insight; * Ethical, transparent, and team-oriented; * Capable of prioritization and decision-making. **How to Apply** Send your resume to: **rh@lafort.com.br** Subject line: **Application – Procurement Analyst** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.986,30 \- R$4\.848,53 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
