




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketplace operations, ensuring smooth functioning, accurate product listings, and team coordination to maximize sales and processes. Monitoring and improvement of performance metrics and campaigns Ensure marketplace stores operate correctly Verify that listings and their corresponding products are properly registered and linked Coordinate product listing, price updates, images, descriptions, and inventory Monitor and improve key metrics such as conversion rate, traffic, average order value, ROAS, and ROI Plan promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and commercial calendar Define, if necessary, pricing and shipping policies Negotiate with suppliers, partners, and marketplaces Coordinate traffic acquisition strategies (even within the marketplace) Monitor customer journey, shopping cart abandonment rate, and post\-purchase satisfaction Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly Track inventory levels and product turnover Evaluate carrier performance, and maintain and improve shipping and return processes Interpret sales reports, consumer behavior data, and campaign performance Run A/B tests on listings and optimize conversion funnels Generate reports and propose strategic actions to improve sales and processes Coordinate cross\-departmental teams including e\-commerce, logistics, and customer service, ensuring communication and alignment Employment Type: Full\-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.058,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
