Description: Act as the Sales Manager's deputy or, in their absence, coordinate, guide, and supervise the store's sales routines to meet established targets under defined commercial conditions, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties * Responsible for sales management and customer service at the parts counter or via telephone, adhering to sales department routines, promoting parts and accessories sales, identifying customer needs, providing information, checking inventory availability, and communicating pricing and payment terms. * Ensure quality processes and sales routines as defined by management, applying them daily at the assigned branch. * Execute daily sales department routines to achieve established targets. * Maintain team motivation by fostering a positive work environment. * Ensure excellence in customer service at the store. * Negotiate prices, delivery terms, payment conditions, and sales discounts. * Provide guidance on part specifications, suggesting complementary parts or products. * Contact prospective and existing customers. * Enter orders into the system. * Acquire new customers via email and telephone. * Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by supervisors. * Maintain an organized and clean workplace in accordance with the Quality Project.
