It offers a variety of açaí options, toppings, and desserts to its customers. **Responsibilities:** Map and standardize restaurant processes (cashier, customer service, production, inventory, and delivery). Create and monitor operational KPIs (service time, waste, productivity). Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction projects. Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. Train team leaders and staff on defined processes. Collaborate with management for strategic decision-making.
