Optimization of digital commercial operations JOB MISSION: Manage activities and processes related to the company's e-commerce sales operations, ensure achievement of commercial goals and objectives in a healthy manner, and supervise the team of professionals involved in the process. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate commercial activities of the online channel, ensuring achievement of sales targets, optimization of customer experience, and execution of commercial strategies that enhance the company’s presence and competitiveness in the digital market. This professional will be responsible for supervising the online sales team, performance analysis, and optimization of e\-commerce commercial operations. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
