Register, control, and monitor the entry and exit of technical manuals and tools. Generate Warehouse Requests and Warehouse Transfers via Protheus to withdraw materials from inventory. Monitor the receipt of equipment and materials at the warehouse, ensuring compliance with purchase requisitions. Generate Purchase Requests via Protheus for acquiring services and replacement parts. Follow up on purchase requests from the maintenance department. Execute the process of sending equipment for external maintenance, tracking status until return. Identify new equipment with TAGs and perform parts cataloging. Analyze electrical, mechanical, and civil service requests and, after validation, issue Service Orders (S.O.). Perform entries in Protheus, including hour meters, consumables, and S.O. and S.S. closures. **Requirements:** Requirements Technical course in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Administration, or related fields (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Knowledge of Power BI. Behavioral Competencies Sense of urgency. Organization. Teamwork. Analytical mindset. Proactivity.
