Data analysis for performance optimization **Description** Execute a variety of tasks that directly contribute to the company’s marketing strategies, including content creation for various platforms, active participation in campaigns, market research, data analysis to optimize results, and involvement in events and internal marketing initiatives. **Responsibilities:** Audiovisual Production and Design: Scriptwriting, video recording and editing using CapCut, and creation of promotional graphics/cards using Canva. Digital Communication Management: Creation, layout design, and scheduling of marketing emails and weekly newsletters. Social Media: Monitoring performance metrics and direct audience engagement (responding to comments and messages). Vendor Coordination: Primary contact for initiating and tracking brand-related requests with the advertising agency. Administrative Marketing Management: Invoice tracking, organizing departmental marketing payments, and supporting technical briefings for new projects. Internal Liaison: Serve as a facilitator between Marketing and other company departments to gather information and align requirements. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism. Availability for travel. Driver’s license category B. Advanced proficiency in Canva and CapCut. Practical experience in recording materials and knowledge of social media metrics. Familiarity with the Leads2b platform. Ability to draft technical briefings and organize workflow processes. Desirable: Basic experience in content management and influencer relationship management / Experience in creating structured scripts for short videos.
