




Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Manager with experience in agile methodologies and data analysis to drive the evolution of products and platforms, defining vision, roadmap, and metrics. Description: Required Qualifications: * Prior experience as a Product Manager or in related roles (e.g., Product Owner, Business Analyst). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). * Knowledge of product data analysis and metrics. * Ability to conduct user research and apply UX techniques. * Experience defining roadmaps and prioritizing using frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW). * Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders. * Data gathering and analysis (basic SQL; Tableau is a plus). * Preferred: Experience with B2B digital products and/or financial services. * Advantage: Knowledge of insurance product management. * Advantage: Process mapping and change management techniques. Desired Qualifications: * Experience in insurance or financial services. * Certifications in digital product management, change management, and agile methods—especially Kanban. * Knowledge of software testing and engineering. * Conduct ongoing discovery, performing market research and user interviews to identify opportunities for evolving our products and platforms. * Define and communicate the product vision, aligning strategy with business objectives and customer needs. * Define and monitor product performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs), proposing improvements and adjustments. * Manage the roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and metrics. * Manage the backlog and ensure deliveries align with strategy and quality standards. * Map processes and produce documentation to support the development team during technical solution refinement. * Act as a bridge between internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication. * Participate in team ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective), ensuring alignment, collaboration, and value delivery. * Monitor market trends and competition, providing insights for product evolution. * Write clear and detailed user stories to guide development. * Implement and suggest product metrics to monitor performance and evolution. 2511270202401889009
