Student Relationship Attendant (SRA)

Description

**JOB DESCRIPTION:** Provide high-quality service to students and/or their financial sponsors to resolve issues and outstanding matters. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Update students’ registration data; * Register and enroll students in the RM system; * Submit service requests to: add disciplines (PRA 3\), complete curriculum, remove or equate disciplines, issue student affiliation statements, course completion certificates, academic transcripts, syllabi, course suspension, course cancellation, and other specific requests to respective departments for processing, approval, and/or rejection; * Enter various requests into the RM system; * Organize and maintain student files by enrollment number, including full academic history; * Receive, file, and organize student documentation to ensure academic control of college programs; * Handle and submit service requests regarding changes to due dates, consortium discounts, educational credit; payment slips can be printed on-site; * Issue financial statements; * Negotiate outstanding financial matters using calculation spreadsheets; * Formalize agreements via Debt Acknowledgement Contracts, payable in installments via credit card, post-dated checks, or bank slips; update students’ registration data; * Register and enroll students in the RM system. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Strong communication skills, agility, and interpersonal abilities; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a plus. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Weekly workload: 44 hours. * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturday). **BENEFITS:** **In addition to supporting the development of entrepreneurial professionals, you’ll also enjoy the following:** **✨** **For your professional development:** Educational Benefit (scholarship for employees and dependents) Corporate University **For daily life:** Transportation Allowance Meal Ticket\* **Family, Health, and Well-being:** Health Insurance\* Dental Insurance\* Birthday Day Off (a day off during your birth month) TotalPass (partnership with gyms) Discounts at School-Clinics
