Proposal and sales follow-up **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, according to local business hours. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) Provide in-person customer service; Provide telephone customer service; Prospect customers using the CRM tool; Conduct external prospecting of new customers via PAP (Door-to-Door) actions at strategic locations; Register local customers in the CRM tool to build a customer portfolio; Register new proposals in the system; Follow up on proposals during the evaluation process and communicate outcomes (positive or negative) to customers; Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; Collaborate with the supervisor on sales origination; Assist store management in planning store activities.
