Opportunity for career growth within the company Responsibilities and Duties: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers and delivering the best possible human-centered service. You will exceed customer expectations by providing complete solutions through the sale of pharmaceutical products and services, as well as other categories such as dermocosmetics, convenience items, fragrances, nutrition products, and general merchandise. You will ensure store organization, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitary regulations to provide customers with the best possible experience. As a Cashier (Financial Operator), you will be responsible for cashier operations at the store, including processing payments, and performing cash handling procedures such as opening the register, cash withdrawals (sangria), and closing the register. You will also support customer service and store organization to deliver the best possible shopping experience to our customers.
