Commitment, organization, proactivity, and teamwork. **Responsibilities** * Procure building maintenance materials, construction materials, plumbing, electrical, and related items; * Obtain quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and analyze costs; * Track orders, delivery deadlines, and material quality; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships; * Support inventory control and procurement planning; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and optimal cost\-benefit ratio. **Requirements** * Prior experience in procurement, preferably focused on building maintenance and construction materials; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields); * Knowledge of negotiation, quotations, and order tracking; * Basic computer proficiency (Excel, procurement systems). **Desired Profile** * Commitment and dedication to work; * Agility and strong organizational skills; * Sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines; * Proactivity and effective communication; * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) * **Friday:** 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
