We are looking for a professional to ensure the execution of all warehouse and distribution processes, and to safeguard the quality of stored and distributed products. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Analyze shift workload demand, generating and implementing adjustments as needed; * Coordinate the work team, distributing tasks, guiding and monitoring employee performance, maintaining motivation and providing necessary support; * Analyze departmental work processes, identifying improvement opportunities; * Analyze results of the area under your responsibility, identifying root causes of process failures, waste, developing preventive or corrective action plans aimed at contributing to continuous process improvement, increased productivity and quality, as well as reduction of losses and costs; * Support management in Human Resources department procedures, including personnel administration; * Monitor, analyze and modify transportation methods to maximize utilization of advantages; * Authorize product transportation, eliminating setbacks immediately upon problem occurrence; * Interface with product management, production operations, information technology, sales and customers to discuss and improve logistics management; * Provide support in transportation negotiations, supplying cost, route analysis and alternative routes. #### **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields; * Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of Project Management and PDCA methodology; * Willingness to travel. #### **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria; * Basic food basket; * Christmas bonus; * Company car; * Total Pass; * Psychological support service; * EBD Store; * EBD University.
