Reception organization and appointment scheduling **RECEPTIONIST POSITION – REAL ESTATE AGENCY** We are looking for an organized, communicative, and growth-oriented receptionist to join our team. **Work Location**: Londrina/PR. **Working Hours**: 44 hours per week. **Expected Start Date: December 1, 2025.** **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Receiving and organizing documents; * Support for the sales and administrative teams; * Reception organization and appointment scheduling; * Maintaining and caring for the physical workspace. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email); * Proactivity and friendliness in customer service. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in a real estate agency; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Advanced English proficiency.
