If you enjoy working with people, thrive on challenges, and love a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you! **Your Mission Here** Support operational control activities for Dominalog’s transfer matrix, returns, reverse logistics, and pickups. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze cargo manifests, pickup documents, transfer documents, route itineraries, and retail shipments; * Register vehicles and drivers in internal systems, in coordination with approved insurance providers; * Monitor vehicle tracking processes; * Control and analyze general spreadsheets, supporting internal performance indicator data; * Support vehicle release procedures, invoice verification, and pickup generation. * Analyze performance indicators and report necessary information to respective departments; * Generate reports and provide necessary information to related departments; * Act as guardian of the Code of Conduct guidelines and as an ambassador of Dominalog’s culture, mission, and values. **Requirements** High school diploma (completed); Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; Aptitude for working with numbers; Organizational skills; Teamwork orientation. **Work Schedule**: To be agreed upon **What We Offer** **Meal/ Food Allowance:** BRL 26.00 per day (no payroll deduction) **Transportation Allowance** **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (options available with or without payroll deduction) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** Available after hiring – you choose the plan **Profit Sharing (PLR):** Based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) **Birthday Day Off:** One paid day off on your birthday, starting after 3 months of employment **Domina Baby Program:** Special newborn kit available after 3 months **Dad is Dad Program:** 10-day paternity leave, available after 3 months **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
