We are currently undergoing technological evolution, with significant investment in **building intelligent agents**, automation, and integrating AI into our operational workflows. **About the Role** ---------------- We are looking for a **Mid-Level AI Automation Engineer** to directly contribute to the **development of intelligent AI agents**, focusing on: * **SDR and lead qualification** * **Customer service and support** * **Automated communication via WhatsApp** The candidate will work primarily with **n8n as the main orchestrator**, integrating APIs, external systems, and **LLMs such as ChatGPT and Gemini**, always emphasizing **business-oriented AI and production automation**. **️ Key Responsibilities** ---------------------------------- * Build and enhance **intelligent AI agents** for SDR, support, and WhatsApp * Develop and maintain **n8n workflows** * Integrate internal and external systems via **REST APIs and Webhooks** * Integrate tools including: * **Apollo.io** * **ChatGPT, Gemini**, and other LLMs * Implement decision logic, context handling, and basic memory in agents * Monitor, fine-tune, and optimize agents in production * Document workflows, rules, and integrations * Collaborate with business teams to understand processes and propose AI-driven solutions **Technologies Used** -------------------------- * **n8n** (automation and orchestration) * **LLMs:** ChatGPT, Gemini, and others * **Apollo.io** * **REST APIs and Webhooks** * **WhatsApp** (integrations and automation) * **JavaScript** (for customizations when required) **✅ Required Qualifications** ----------------------------- * Practical experience with **n8n** or similar tools * Experience integrating **APIs** * Hands-on experience with **applied AI** (using LLMs in real-world workflows) * Experience or strong interest in **building intelligent agents** * Strong ability to structure workflows and business rules * **Mid-level profile**, with autonomy to execute and evolve solutions **➕ Nice-to-Have** ------------------ * Experience with: * Automated SDR * Customer support agents or chatbots * Automated WhatsApp communication * Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent context, and memory * Experience in high-volume lead or messaging environments * Familiarity with version control using Git Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
