Implementation of continuous improvements and new technologies Coordinate and optimize all logistics-related activities, ensuring efficiency in product storage, transportation, and distribution processes. Responsible for ensuring delivery integrity and timeliness, managing resources and personnel, and implementing continuous improvements in logistics processes, aligning operations with the company's strategic objectives. * Coordinate and plan logistics operations by developing and implementing strategic plans for logistics operations, including storage, transportation, and distribution. * Ensure all activities are performed efficiently and within established deadlines. * Monitor and coordinate CD operational productivity by tracking performance in the system to ensure maximum team and overall CD efficiency. * Coordinate and guide the logistics team, promoting professional development and ensuring all members align with company objectives. * Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback. Ensure compliance with regulations, such as ensuring all operations comply with local and national standards and regulations. * Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt processes as necessary. Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate logistics operational performance. Analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas, and report results to senior management. * Implement and monitor safety practices across all logistics operations, ensuring product integrity from storage through final customer delivery. * Evaluate and ensure implementation of new logistics management technologies and systems, such as WMS (Warehouse Management System), to improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility, while ensuring current technologies and systems match the Distribution Center's actual conditions. Implement sustainable logistics practices, such as waste reduction, efficient resource utilization, and promotion of ecological initiatives at the distribution center. * Ensure compliance with regulations, such as ensuring all operations comply with local and national standards and regulations. * Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt processes as necessary. * Conduct the second stage of admission interviews with support from the People and Management Department, providing feedback regarding participating candidates. * Conduct training to qualify new employees in the department, prioritizing strong employee performance and effective results delivery.
