Ltda., a Japanese consortium formed by a Japanese government agency, trading companies, aluminum product consumers, and manufacturers. **What We Offer You** --------------------------- * Competitive salary aligned with the Mining and Metals market, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions. * The opportunity to join diverse teams within a global aluminum industry leader that is transforming the aluminum landscape. * A dynamic work environment with high technical exposure, strong field involvement, and meaningful industrial challenges. * Opportunity for professional development and career growth within a heavy industry context characterized by high operational complexity. * You will be part of a business built for the future, joining us on a transformative journey. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- As a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will work in Albras’ Reduction area, focusing on electrical maintenance of critical equipment, balancing field presence with technical analysis, organization, and support for maintenance routines. * Perform **electrical maintenance engineering** in the Reduction area, with emphasis on overhead cranes (PTM) and critical electrical equipment, contributing to asset reliability and availability. * Provide technical support for execution of electrical maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards, procedures, and safety requirements. * Participate in planning, monitoring, and analysis of electrical maintenance routines, including prioritization meetings, tracking of Bad Actors, and failure analyses. * Conduct technical analyses and risk assessments related to electrical failures, monitor implementation of defined actions, and contribute to continuous improvement. * Provide technical support for improvement projects and CAPEX initiatives in the area, leveraging knowledge of electrical equipment, systems, and processes. * Prepare and present reports, analyses, and performance indicators using digital tools to transform data into actionable information supporting decision-making. **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- ### **Education and Professional Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering * Active CREA registration ### **Technical Knowledge** * Prior experience as an engineer in an industrial environment (large-scale companies), with hands-on experience in electrical maintenance. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and control diagrams. * Solid knowledge of contactors, control relays, thermal overload relays, and circuit breakers. * Electrical work involving hydraulic and pneumatic systems (valves and solenoids). * Familiarity with failure analysis and reliability tools (e.g., FMEA, RCM, RCA). * PLC knowledge is a plus. ### **Other Requirements** * Microsoft Office suite for spreadsheet development, analysis, and presentations. * Ability to convert technical data into visual, graphical, and objective reports. * Driver’s license category B (mandatory) * Intermediate English proficiency for technical reading and occasional interaction * On-site work in a smelter industrial environment * Willingness to reside in Barcarena or Abaetetuba Hydro values diverse skills and perspectives among its employees.
