Responsibilities include supporting sales activities, delivering consultative customer service for marketing the company's products and services, maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, and resolving potential commercial issues during after-sales. **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor sales using the company's internal system; * Organize documentation and sales processes; * Enter customer information into the system; * Schedule meetings with qualified leads for sales representatives; * Prepare sales reports specifying sale amounts, responsible salesperson, and key negotiation points; * Occasionally assist sales representatives with daily tasks; * Create and update customer, supplier, carrier, and technician records; * Request and manage customer and distribution channel documentation related to orders; * Submit orders for credit analysis and inform sales representatives of analysis outcomes; * Serve customers in person and by phone, then forward inquiries to the respective regional sales representative; * Track order delivery timelines and monitor shipment status; * Generate sales and inventory reports for management review. **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills, initiative, customer focus, proactivity, negotiation ability, and teamwork capacity; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Health insurance (Hapvida or Amil); Dental insurance (Hapvida or Porto Seguro); * Meal allowance or food voucher (Pluxee card); Transportation allowance; Life insurance; * Birthday Day Off: A day off on your birthday to celebrate as you wish; * Wellhub: Access to gyms, studios, wellness apps, and physical activity programs.
