The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for employee-related routines, ensuring compliance with labor obligations and the smooth operation of internal processes.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Organize and verify onboarding and termination documents
Perform electronic time tracking and hour bank management
Assist in benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health plans, etc.)
Assist employees with inquiries related to the HR department
Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital files
Support submission of information to accounting or payroll departments
Monitor expiration dates of probationary contracts
Assist in fulfilling legal obligations and submitting information to eSocial
**Requirements:**
Completed high school education (higher education or technical degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields is desirable)
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Complementary courses in HR, labor routines, or eSocial
Experience or familiarity with accounting department routines will be considered an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
