At CONSERP Elevadores, you will be a key player in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, with quality and optimal cost-benefit. We seek an analytical, organized professional with business acumen to structure and optimize our procurement and materials processes. * Manage procurement processes (quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders). * Develop and maintain supplier relationships. * Analyze consumption, inventory levels, and lead times to prevent stockouts. * Monitor purchases and delivery timelines. * Seek cost reductions without compromising quality. * Control and organize inventory. * Receive and dispatch materials and orders. * Update registrations, contracts, and commercial terms. * Generate procurement area reports and KPIs. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Procurement / Purchasing Analyst. * Experience with quotations, negotiations, and purchase order follow-up. * Experience with inventory intake and dispatch. * Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets for cost and consumption analysis. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset. * Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal departments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in manufacturing or technical service companies (maintenance, elevators, facilities, etc.). * Knowledge of ERP systems for procurement/inventory management. * Prior involvement in cost-reduction or process-improvement projects. * Previous experience with public tenders.
