Remotely control people and vehicle entry and exit via intercoms and electronic systems. Notify supervision or physical security teams of incidents, suspicious or anomalous situations. Provide remote information and guidance to visitors, service providers, and employees. Log incidents and movements in computerized systems or spreadsheets. Ensure proper operation of remote gatehouse equipment and report technical failures. High school diploma completed.
