Position: Housekeeping Supervisor – Grand Mercure Belém Hotel The **Grand Mercure Belém Hotel** is looking for a **Housekeeping Supervisor** to join our team. We seek a committed, organized professional with leadership qualities, capable of ensuring excellence in cleaning, maintenance, and organization of both guest rooms and public areas, upholding high quality standards and delivering a memorable experience to our guests. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise housekeeping team activities; * Monitor cleaning, organization, and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas; * Assign tasks, guide, and develop the team; * Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with brand standards; * Manage supplies, linens, and departmental equipment; * Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure operational excellence. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is preferred); * Experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a leadership role; * Knowledge of cleaning procedures, linen control, and team management; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and results orientation; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary; * Benefits; * Opportunity for professional development; * A collaborative work environment within one of the leading brands in the hospitality industry.
