An executive recruitment consultancy is seeking a Pedagogical Supervisor in Belém (Parque Verde). **Responsibilities:** Will work at a language school performing the following duties: Ensure student retention through consistent execution of pedagogical operations, guaranteeing standardization in academic monitoring, teacher delivery quality, and routine organization. Will be responsible for monitoring the actual daily implementation of pedagogical actions, directly resolving conflicts, overseeing the student experience, and maintaining a well-structured, consistent, and pedagogically coordinated academic environment. Student Retention and Consistency of Student Experience: Guarantee standardized pedagogical monitoring of students; ensure pedagogical processes are consistently executed daily; monitor the actual implementation of pedagogical actions (not just planning); directly act on student retention by identifying early warning signs and implementing corrective measures; ensure standardized communication with students and families. Resolve conflicts in a structured and professional manner. Pedagogical Excellence (focus on practical application): Ensure correct implementation of the teaching model in classrooms; guarantee that the educational proposal is properly delivered by teachers; maintain the educational experience standard as per school guidelines. Monitor student progress based on defined indicators. Process Management and Control (focus: execution, monitoring, and alerting): Ensure execution of pedagogical processes defined by the pedagogical coordination; monitor compliance with established stages and routines; identify execution failures and signal improvement opportunities. Support the organization and documentation of pedagogical routines; use indicators to monitor operations and report to pedagogical coordination. Teaching Team Management and Development: Directly manage and monitor the teaching team; conduct frequent feedback sessions and operational alignments; address performance deviations on a daily basis; support teacher development according to the institutional framework; identify signs of disengagement and take preventive action. Business Interface: Actively support the commercial area, especially during enrollment and re-enrollment campaigns; participate in school events and strategic projects; provide pedagogical information to internal departments. Approach the school as a business, not only as an educational environment. Contribute improvement suggestions based on operational insights. Position located in Belém / PA. Previous experience as a Pedagogical Coordinator, Educational Manager, Teaching Supervisor, or Educational Project Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
